Before starting a return, please tell us more details about your purchase, including the order number and order date. Once approved, we will send you the return authorization and instructions. Please remember that it may take up to 30 days for the credit card company to process your credit, though it usually takes a few minutes.
One Year Warranty：
All the products from Giftneeded.com come with a 12-month warranty. If your item arrives broken or faulty within one year, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange a new one for FREE.
Terms and conditions for 90 Days Money Back Guarantee:
- All applications for returns must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your items.
- Return must have been approved first by our customer support, or it will not be accepted. Please don’t return to the address on the parcel. Since the warehouse to receive your package is based in your country. We will send you the return address via email after approval.
- Your items must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received without any damage.
- Customers should cover the return shipping fees; we will only bear the shipping cost for return if items arrive broken or malfunctioning.
- Shipping cost is not refundable unless the items arrive broken or defective.
Please note: There is no other restocking or handling fee for return or refund. You might not be eligible for a full refund if the returned item lost the original packaging or parts, doesn’t stay in its original condition, or is damaged caused by the customer’s side.
